Our CAD packages enable our Sales team to interpret customer’s initial designs and assist in the development of these ideas into demonstrable, workable solutions. Once finalised, this information is easily transferred to our automated machines which run directly from these files ensuring accurate reproduction and speedy transfer of information.

Primarily used for vacuum forming projects, our modelling packages can read IGIS data allowing us a 3 dimensional view around often complex, formed components and finished products. This information can be easily transferred to tooling production allowing full production to commence.

In many cases, our team of skilled fabricators can produce a prototype. This allows clients to see the product in its fully functional state, prior to commencing the final production run. Any final changes in design can then be accommodated to ensure the end product meets your every expectation.
